Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business and financial strategies in line with company vision and mission
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers and employees
- Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Provides advice and assistance in planning, implementation and evaluation of existing operations, systems and procedures
- Work closely with related department to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction and work quality
- Monitor performance and implement improvements
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Working experience in seafood farming/processing industry is preferred
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
