Position Summary:
As HR Manager, the incumbent is needed to ensure that HR strategy is implemented and executed effectively to support the business within established budgets, set timelines and complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standard.
Responsibilities

Liaise with Division heads to develop and implement people agenda for their respective business units and growth ensuring consistency with organization’s and HR strategy goal

Provide professional consultation on both theoretical and practical on whole range of HR management and development to BU management, not limited to framework development but also its implementation phase with a good understanding of culture and people in timely and efficient manner

Design, customize and implement comprehensive HR solutions to enhance people capability and capacity that sustain key business requirement and align with organization short, medium, and long-term business vision/objectives

Manage grievances and enforce disciplinary procedure, labor law and regulations as comply with bank wide policy, as well as manage people issues and conflicts in the respective business units ensuring positive working environment

Responsible for recruitment and networking with talents outside the organization in order to build up the robust candidate pipeline and place the suitable qualified candidate within tight deadline
