[Position Closed] General Manager

Responsibilities

• Design strategy, set policies, processes and set goals for business growth
• Manage operational, investment, capital expenditure, productions planning and sales budgets and optimise expanses
• Oversee and evaluate day to day operation performance and monitoring
• Coaching, mentoring, advisory, motivating and ensure employee work productivity continuously develop
• Lead and evaluate value added, value engineering operations activity with continuous improvement plan and financial performance
• Oversee recruitment and training of all employee
• Direct the employee assessment process 
• Prepare regular management reports for upper management
• Ensure all staff to follows health, safety and environmental regulations
• Addressing and providing solutions to operational issues (e.g. customer complaints, technical trouble shooting, and etc.)
• Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Oversee day to day business operations 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of eight (8) years managerial experience food manufacturing, preferably in seafood processing
• Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in science/food technology and or engineering
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the seafood manufacturing 
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs
• Decision making and problem solving
• Good communication skill (written and verbal) with a wide range of people effectively at all levels
• Demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to work under in busy and stress environment
• Creative, innovative and teamwork
• Pleasant friendly and fatherly personality
