Regional Technical Support Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the O&M team and the service provider for all related power problems, information and consultancy needed
  • Perform the check-up and changes of all power settings of controllers on sites remotely or by giving correct instructions to the field team in case it is not possible remotely
  • Perform Power I&C for BTS and COLOCATION acceptance either personally or by sending a field engineer
  • Support and take proper actions for all PMO requirements
  • Identify all RCA of failures on sites and propose the action plan as per authorized approval  

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Degree in engineering mechanical/electrical or high-level experience vocational school degree
  • Good English language oral and written  
  • Good experience in the telecom field and power equipments such as batteries, DGs, power systems, rectifiers, etc….
  • Knowledge in planning and well‐developed leadership qualities   
  • Knowledge of MS office and all required telecom industries software
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent facing and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
