Quality Assurance Assistant Executive

Responsibilities

• Daily Floor walk activity and perform Inspection/ reporting “Hygiene Inspection of DC” – fortnightly and discuss with the team for improving
• Inspection and reporting of DC structure – Quarterly and discuss with the team for improving
• Supervise pest activity and reporting monthly pest management report – Monthly
• Planning Training Calendar and Conduct PRP, HACCP and other necessary training to production staff
• Conduct supplier audit and auditing delivery vehicle by monthly
• Reviewing necessary documents of DC Admin, Maintenance, Production, QC weekly/ monthly to ensure it has been properly completed
• Monitoring of schedule of water testing and quality of water and liaised with third party lab/ Maintenance
• Planning annual product testing and co-ordinate with the laboratories/other agencies for analysis of samples as per the schedule
• Monitoring and Investigation Customer Complaint, troubleshooting with the team and recommend necessary corrective action
• Monitoring Product Stability Testing for products consistency
• Reporting to the management if the product/ process is deviated from the Food Safety and FDA guidelines
• Perform mock recalls and traceability exercise on ingredients, packaging, and finished product
• Establishing and Maintaining documentation for HACCP system and lead the HACCP team for implementation

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• 3 (or) 4 years of working experiences in food related background, bakery is more preferable
• Master or Bachelor of related such as; B.Sc. (IC), B.E (Chemical) (or) Engineering background. More preferable to Food related major/ Diploma
• Must have strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance
• Must well know and manage for QA responsibility
• Must be able to communicate with English (Business English) both in written
• Solid knowledge of quality standards HACCP & ISO of food and beverage
