Business Data Analytics Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for taking charge of a team of 3 data analysts and lead them through the full end-to-end process of collecting, cleaning and analysing company data as well as creating and rolling out data models to generate insights actionable intelligence to help management make better business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and objectives
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts
• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
• Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g., operations, IT, customer feedback)
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
• Keep abreast of industry news and trends

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field, but a master’s degree is preferred
• 7+ Years of experience in a relevant role and 2 years or more in a Managerial role
• Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance
• Ability to build, lead and mentor strong analytical teams
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to perform gracefully in a multitasking project environment with attention to detail
• Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with machine learning / data mining tools such as R, Python, SQL, Excel
• Data mining and data cleansing techniques
• Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Experience working with AWS technologies (EC2, CloudTrail, S3, Athena,AWS Glue etc.)

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
