NOC Back Office Executive

Position Summary:

Responsible for reporting to the Manager about different Power models Uptime status, Power equipment Health reports, analysing RCA’s weekly and Monthly. Act as a team to resolve system Technical issues within a short period of time to bring company’s quality of services to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Line Manager and Direct Reporting Manager
• NOC Operation Troubleshooting Incidents 
• Manage the troubleshooting of major issues with NOC monitoring tools Co-ordination among consultants and vendors 
• Coordinate with O&M regional and field team to escalate critical field issue and timely 
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by NOC Manager
• Technically expert on RMS to develop logs and analyse the data
• Technical expert in checking battery backup of site
• Expert in Checking DG health status remotely from NOC
• Report on Automation of DG
• Coordinate with RMS and Power Team for remotely starting of DG’s
• Is subject to call 24 hours, 7 days a week in critical condition

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4-6 years in NOC field (Passive NOC Preferred)
• Proven working experience (2- 4 Years) as Manager role in Operation
• Experience in Management, Operations, and Leadership
• Must have good time management skills and strong experience
• Fluent in English & good communication Skills
• Good in Excel, Word & Office Tools and data analysing experience would be a plus
• Ability to interact efficiently with peers and customers is required
