Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR Operation Team including hiring process, administering payroll and leave
  • Enforce company policies and practices from HR perspective 
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
  • Provides support and guidance to HR team, management and other staff when specialized and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, executive and professional roles
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law
  • Other Tasks assigned by HR Head as and when required

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Human Resource Management or any related degree
  • Above 4 years of managerial experience in Human Resource

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
