[Position Closed] Automotive General Manager (Local/Foreigner)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
• Establish new relationships with overseas technicians and overseas suppliers
• Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and mechanics
• Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sale and brand visibility for the workshop
• Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales
• Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing with upper dealership management
• Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry as a whole

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Must be fluent in English and also preferrable Chinese
• Three or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for automotive related business
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
• Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
• Good attitude, great interpersonal skills and strong leadership

Working Time:

Normal Working Hour

Working Days: Monday To Saturday
