[Position Closed] Assistant G.M/General Manager- Operation(Labutta)

One of our client who produced sea food is looking for AGM/GM for Operation section. 

Responsibility:

• Develop and implement business and financial strategies in line with company vision and mission.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers and employees.
• Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Provides advice and assistance in planning, implementation and evaluation of existing operations, systems and procedures.
• Work closely with related department to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction and work quality.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

•  Working experience in seafood farming/processing industry is preferred.
•  Degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
•  Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
•  Strong interpersonal skills.
•  Good command of both written and spoken English.

Working Time:

Monday to Friday

Normal Working Hour
