[Position Closed] Senior Production Manager - Labutta

The Senior Production Manager’s job is to supervise plant or factory operations by leading a technical resources team and effectively co-operating with various peer groups within the company. A factory senior production manager is responsible for maintaining the accurate quality and quantity control to ensure the on-time delivery of produced products in order to satisfy the clients.

Job Description

1. Plan and Organize Production Schedule based on the direction from the top management by production planning
2. Monitors production, logistics and schedules shipment
3. Coordinate with Yangon team on the purchase and delivery of raw materials and purchase orders
4. Leads the factory facility repair and maintenance and schedule preventive maintenance
5. Arrange shipment and the delivery of the product to Yangon
6. Monitor and control production efficiency and productivity
7. Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals
8. Coordinate with the production and monitor the delivery of the planned shipment -Continuously evaluates production procedures that needs immediate improvements
9. To monitor products inventory both Yangon and Labutta region cold storage
10. To monitor daily production output
11. To monitor daily volume of Raw Material landings
12. To establish close relationship with outside suppliers
13. To monitor the status of Factory equipment
14. To make production plan according to confirmed orders.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in technology management industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in related field and managerial position.
• Knowledge on food processing (HACCP, GMP, ISO, and etc).
• Good mathematical analysis
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skill with the ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Possesses self-initiative and assertive, able to communicate with people of all levels
• Good communications skills with fluent in English & willing to travel

Working Time:

Monday to Friday

Normal Working Hour
