Team Leader (Male/Female)

Our Client ICT service provider company is looking for Team Leader M/F (1 post) who willing to speak both English & Japanese as additional skill.

Skill and Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience in System Development and at least 2 year experience of project management
• System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP, SQL, etc.)
• Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, progress and issues management
• Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
• Can manage resource of up to 20 members in one project
• Understand all members skill-set, manage team members’ development and make assign tasks effectively
• Good command of English
• Must have Japanese Level N3 and above

Technical Requirements

• Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL (or) Oracle

Working Time:

Monday to Friday

8:00AM - 5:00PM
