[Position Closed] Incident Response Manager

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as Incident commander or manager for major systems incidents and participate in full-cycle incident response
  • Estimate and evaluate Incident Response compliance and maintain planning and Testing
  • Manage the team to ensure adhesion with SLAs, best practices and expectation of clients
  • Participate in external and internal audits and assessments and Support workflow development 
  • Obstruct and prepare incident reports of analysis methodology and results
  • Manage a team of technical engineers, prepare and present weekly presentation status slides
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies to support processes and to promote a positive customer experience.
  • Provide guidance with time-sensitive tickets and account escalations

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor degree holder and must have ITIL Certification
  • Minimum 4 years of incident response experience in banking or Telecommunication.
  • Experience in a NOC environment with incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting)
  • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and week-ends as necessary
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Working Time:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Monday to Friday
