[Position Closed] Senior Manager (Software Development)

Job Responsibilities

• Be able to manage Cost, Quality control and Progress of projects
• Collaboration with department heads, managers, customers, vendors, and others
• Able to maintain and expand the relationships with existing and new customers
• Develop and deliver proposals to customers
• Be able to do members’ Coaching and Mentoring

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ experience in System Development and minimum 5 years’ management experience in Software development is preferable
• Project Management Experience of schedule, cost, quality control, progress and issues management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Ability in problem solving and negotiation
• Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese

Working Time:

8 to 5

Monday to Friday
