[Position Closed] Project Director (Core Banking)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the area of project activities with project management office and system development lifecycle process
• Analyze the needs of the project such as budgets, technological and human resource
•  Develop the TSA and work steams and schedules to deliver the objective
• Oversee the incoming and outcoming documentation considering the project history and trajectory
• Ensure the system testing, security testing, performance testing and etc.
• Manage and apply training and data migration.
• Ensure and establish the run of core banking transformation and channels
• Manage the project contracts and financial activities related to the projects
• Develop and create solution, design, and configuration
• Supervise the business analysis and gap analysis for the project
• Monitor progress on the detailed plan to accomplish the project on time
• Define the project scope and objective cooperating with chief operating officer and stakeholders.
• Explain the project plan, TSA and workstream to the committee to adjust and update for information and approval

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

• Graduate with Business Management or Information Technology
• More than 10 years of working experience in SDLC in financial service sector on Core banking process
• Must have understanding of banking products such as deposit, loan, mortgage and etc.
• Experience in Temenos Core Banking Platforms is a plus
• Familiar with project management tools and process and certification in project management is preferred.
• Experience in financial control and management skills, business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation and data governance
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with presentation and analytical skills

Working Time:

8:30 to 5:30

Monday to Friday
