[Position Closed] Planning and Design Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the Network Improvement and Network Life Cycle
• Manage multi-vendor portfolio
• Hold meetings according to MS governance model
• Control and manage availability, security and activities according to the customer satisfaction
• Establish the WLA between the delivery units and the MSIP and monitor the performance according to MS governance model
• Analyze the customer requirements and discuss with custom8 er for planning and design
• Ensure the solutions meet the customer requirements and company strategy
• Maintain communication with customers and documentation to increase customer perception and support strategies
• Operational Management for planning, design, engineering and optimization activities to be performed on the live network, broadcast and infrastructure
• Ensure long term plan based on the demand growth, technology and functions according to customer strategy
• Verify and approve the availability plans and capacity for the network
• Interface planning and engineering delivery units and organization

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate or qualifications in relevant field
• 8 years of experience in Telecom industry
• Must have excellent knowledge of telecom field
• Knowledge about finance processes
• Able to handle optimization, designing, configuration, Implementation and Operations including strategy planning and delivery.
• Problem solving skill and deal with proposals
• Able to handle emergency activities related with network
• Expert in Core & cloud OR RAN OR IP Transport & Transmission
• Advance skill in MS office (email, excel, PowerPoint ,AutoCAD,etc)
• Proficiency in English

Working Time:

8:30 to 5:30

Monday to Friday
