[Position Closed] Network Service and Quality Manager

Job Description:

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze customer requirements and discuss with customers for customer priority and requirement of network improvement.
  • Strong Knowledge for Spectrum Strategy Establishment to use effectively and efficiently the specific spectrum
  • Ensure that the programs meet the contractual requirements and strategy.
  • Establish the WLA and monitor the performance according to company strategy.
  • Manage and control capacity, availability quality and activities based on the requirements of customers for RAN and RF field
  • Ensure that Geo Plot based Optimization actions and outstanding customer experience with Proactive Optimization for events and festivals.
  • Ensure customer approval on changes of RAN/RF network and manage testing requirements for responsible regions
  • Propose solution for improvement of Radio network quality
  • Secure customer approval of any solution for implementation
  • Recommend RF quality improvement solution 4th sector, lead for closure of action and etc.

 

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or any degree holder in relevant field is preferred
  • Have job experience in related field
  • Have excellent exposure on 2G/3G/4G
  • Have good knowledge on Radio Optimization and drive test
  • Have knowledge of AZQ, TEMS, SMARTCARE etc.
  • Must have knowledge about Radio Network Performance analysis &Management
  • Good personality and proficiency in English

Working Time:

8:30 to 5:30

Monday to Friday
