Operation Engineer

• Maintain, repair and replace of all M&E materials such as M & E work, Plumbing & Sanitary, Civil works, Phone Line, Air-Con, Fire Protection System, Generator and CCTV system
• Maintain and repair the office assets
• Dealing with existing tenants for complaints and issues
• Manage and check for all renovation works under ICC if any
• Time to time site walk building round check and record defects
• Manage and review maintaining plan for Building Asset Management
• Dealing with local authorities (YCDC, YESC, etc…)
• Weekly and Monthly report to M & E Supervisor
• Any assigned duties from Management

Job Requirements:

• AGTI  (or) Minimum Bachelor's Degree Holder engineering
• Minimum relevant experiences of 3 years
• Experiences with Building Maintenance background is preferred
• Good communication and coordinating among the team members and colleagues
• Willingness to responsible with strongly teamwork and motivated
• Flexible and ability to compromise
• Able to solve encounter problems in appropriate and time management skills
• Ability to do multitasks and work within timelines.
• Ability to work with version control systems
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Computer skills and knowledge of office software pack
• Good proficient in English skills

Working Time:

Working Days: Mon ~ Fri 

Working Hours: 09:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
