[Position Closed] Procurement Manager

• Establish and manage the procurement organizations supporting operation.
• Establish communication channel with key stakeholders from production team, engineering team, operation team, legal team etc.,
• Performing overseeing activities related to procurement of materials, equipment and services to meet requestor’s requirement.
• Establish communication channel with external parties namely the vendors, contractors and etc.,
• Conduct supplier, vendor analysis and constantly review of vendor performance to seek for continuous improvement in terms of cost, quality, delivery & service term.
• Performing negotiation, reviews and approving purchases based on established policies.
• Co-ordinate between suppliers and related internal department to ensure that all goods & material are delivered on time, accurately and safely.

Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred
• Preferably managers specializing in procurement role, supply chain management, inventory or related field
• Good communications skills with fluent in English & willing to travel

Working Time:

9:00AM  -  5:00PM

Monday -  Saturday half

Sunday and public holidays Off
