[Position Closed] Staff Development Officer of Training Division

Job Description:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors
  • Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials
  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill worker’s specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
  • Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training for external.
  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  • Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
  • Strongly handle all jobs for training independency.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Report directly to the Assistant Head and Chief Human Resource (monthly, quarterly and yearly).

Job Requirements:

  • Any graduated with Diploma in HRM (or) MBA
  • At least 3years of working experiences in the area of training programme development & delivery
  • Able to develop training curriculum on soft skills topics like Leadership & Communication Skill, Interpersonal skill, Presentation skill, etc.
  • Able to develop internal training sessions for junior staff in a classroom setting
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel to local regions and also overseas
  • Pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to deliver training using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software

Working Time:

9:00AM  -   5:00PM

Monday -   Saturday

Sunday and Public Holidays Off
