[Position Closed] People and Culture Director

• Strategic planning with oversight and tactical management of all P&C related functions
• Talent is effectively recruited to meet human resource needs in a timely manner at all levels throughout the organization
• Develop effective compansation and benefit strategies
• Ensure  Capacity Building strategies are developed and implemented to meet the needs of organization growth and employees development plans
• Develop and review appropirate organizational designs and effective structures.
• Develop a culture of performance management(PM)
• Development and management of career path of each position and succession planning for key roles
• Ensure that employee engagement and staff care system is in place.
• Ensure supply chain management functions are managed well and support branch offices on a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Social Science, or Organizational Development;a Master's Dregree an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant work experience in leading human resources function in comparable organizations
• Good Planning,organization and human relations skills
• Excellent command of Myanmar&English
• Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and accept diversity in the workplace
• Ability to demonstrate Financial management skills including budget management
• Ability to influence decision making in their area of concern
• Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check

Working Time:

8:30AM - 5:30PM

Monday to Friday

Sat/Sun and Public Holidays Off
