Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales training programs
• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management
• Onboard new sales people to be fitted in the brand
• Conduct regular on job training in both Yangon and region outlets
• Assess training needs and develop customized training solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
• Stay updated with the latest sales strategies and industry trends to ensure training content is relevant
• Collaborate with related managers to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare training workshops, internal training and external training programs
• Maintain training record, training data and training documents

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning platforms

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
