Branch Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day store operations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling
  • Achieve branch sales targets, goals and objectives, 
  • Make sure that in-store displayed is maintained at high quality with maximum hygiene and cleanliness, good housekeeping standards are in place and maintained at the highest level
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Assist the-job training to motivate and build the skills of the team as well as ensuring staffs are skilled by providing, recommending or organising training and development by liaising with HR and through own in store initiatives
  • Execute human resources matters such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and counselling
  • Ensure that staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and operational procedures

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum a GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder
  • Preferably with 3 years’ F&B or retail experience
  • Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
  • Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels
  • High level of business ethics and integrity
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Able to work in regional areas
