HR Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Partner with the CEO and Directors on HR issues
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Manage performance evaluation processes
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance systems
  • Conduct training needs analysis and oversee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Guide HR policies fostering a high-performance culture

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; a master’s or certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
  • 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in technology
  • Ability to be both a strategic and operational leader
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR functions

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
