Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for all real estate projects, aligned with overall business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs
  • Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and events
  • Manage the company's website and ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
  • Oversee public relations activities and media relations
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage marketing budget and resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, construction, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience

 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
