Training Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for origination’s needs as well as life insurance training programs
  • Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction and virtual training
  • Develop and implement an organization’s training programs and objectives in order to develop and maintain an effective workforce
  • Manage and develop training facilities and equipment
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Develop training aids such as handouts and handbooks
  • Design and apply assessment tool and role-play test to measure training effectiveness
  • Track and report on training attendance and outcomes
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3 years of training experience, sales background training experience preferred
  • Experience with life insurance licensing training, sales and service training
  • Experience with adult instructional and training methods
  • Experience in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Knowledge of learning management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of financial and insurance
