Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and optimizing business processes to achieve organizational objectives.

Expend the market share by growing the sales in all areas, which include wholesales, retail, tenders, B2B, B2C, C2C

Work with the management team to establish and implement the sales & marketing plan and strategic goals to achieve the total company revenue targets, profit targets, overall development of the business

Achieve the objectives and strategies set by corporate and ensure achievement of business growth, retention and profitability levels for all existing and prospective elements of the company’s customer segment

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing of the sale new product strategies for growth of the business

Developing and implementing quarterly sales & marketing plans to meet the monthly and annual sales target for various drugs

Maintain and build a strong relationship with customers, analyse existing customers and new customers to determine sales opportunities, identify and visit key customers to ensure sales growth

Monitor stock level and prepare forecast for the future sales

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, revenue targets, profit target by using strategic market plans

Establish excellent working relationships with ethical & OTC marketing teams, and operation teams to facilitate best marketing concepts and strategies

Train head of departments/managers and sales team to stick to the result-oriented culture and to possess can-do attitude while solving problems

Enforce adherence to legal and sales guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality, business ethics, and codes of conduct of the company

Other responsibilities shall be assigned by the management and BODs of the company from time to time
