Admin Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department
  • Ensure all the admin’s operations, processes, and services are delivered in efficient and cost-effective ways
  • Manage security, cleaners, gardeners, and ferry drivers look after the compound and provide admin support
  • Supervise and manage all vehicles assignments to efficiently fulfill the in-town delivery requirements as well as vehicle request from all departments
  • Manage all license extension, industrial license, YCDC business license, YCDC health license, etc.
  • Fulfill administrative requirements on documentation and payment of bills on utilities, travels, housing
  • Manage and maintain stationaries and other office supplies
  • Manage factory waste and garbage process
  • Prepare GSDP and ISO related Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and ensure the current working procedures are in compliance with specified SOPs, GSDP and ISO requirements
  • Support Visa applications, ERC and arrange accommodation for expats
  • Provide secretarial support and tender document preparation for CEO
  • Check and verify documents submitted by departments and submit it to CEO for review and approval
  • Arrange ferry ways and pest control

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Bachelor degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Good relation with government office and ministry
  • Must fluently speak and write in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to do purchasing, dispatch record, must help out-going activities
  • Commitment, reliable, accountable, and responsible
