Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals
• Identify and engage potential clients in the petroleum import sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
• Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns, lead generation, and strategic business development
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Set clear performance goals and metrics for the sales team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and maximize lifetime value
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
• Collaborate with business development teams to develop to the petroleum import market
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to MD
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback

Job Requirements:

Required Qualilfications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in the related field, MBA would be an advantage
• Must have over 5 years’ experience in petroleum business field
• Proficient of English and Burmese
• Excellent market analysis skills, negotiate skills, communication skills, and reporting skills
• Existing network of contacts within the petroleum import industry
• Multilingual abilities are a plus

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
