Leasing Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services
  • Prepare sale reports by collecting market data and summarizing data and trends
  • Lease the company properties at a competitive market rate, rentals, and achieve maximum occupancy
  • Prepare draft proposals, lease offers, and documents for new customers and current tenancies contracts with tenants by negotiating leases
  • Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
  • Respond to customer service needs and maintained positive public relationships that increased occupancy rates and increased building satisfaction
  • Work with maintenance team and track tenant’s fit out works to ensure completion
  • Address and record all rules violations and preparing notices email, letter as needed

 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualilfications & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master Degree holder with strong experiences in sales and business management
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Myanmar and English
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under work pressure
