Deputy Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing, direct marketing, and PR
  • Collaborate closely with the digital team, brand marketing, design, and media production specialists
  • Inspire and manage the marketing team to achieve high performance and develop strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Monitor market trends, track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, and provide insights for improvement
  • Manage TVC and digital video production, oversee media buying, and conduct market research for brand tracking
  • Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets, control the marketing budget and campaign cost allocation
  • Routinely share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends with the broader team

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement strategies, and creative concepts
  • Analytical skills for performance assessment and strategy adjustment
  • Proficient in SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing practices
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role
