Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians from Generator and M&E Services, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service tasks
- Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations
- Manage parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for service tasks
- Prepare and present service reports to senior management
- Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability
- Provide technical support and expertise to the service team and customers
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in generator service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in service management software and tools
- Good in English 4 skills and Microsoft 365
