Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of new products in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities target audience, and competitive landscape for the new product
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans specifically tailored for the successful launch of new product
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the new product, ensuring its differentiation in the market
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensue alignment in messaging and strategy for the new product launch
  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, and content creation, to generate awareness and interest in the new product
  • Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage these audiences
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives related to the new product launch ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Plan and execute launch events, whether virtual or physical, to create buzz and excitement around the new product
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies
  • Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, such as product brochures, videos, and website content, to support the launch
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the new product
  • Evaluate the success of the new product launch, identifying areas for improvement and incorporating lessons learned into future strategies

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • More than 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in product marketing and launch
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
  • Certifications in relevant marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus
