Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to conceive and develop efficient, effective and intuitive marketing strategies
• Work closely with Manager in preparing budgets and monitoring A&P expenses
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
• Lead and manage marketing staff and sampling teams for regional market activation and events
• Collect market trend and competitor’s information to generate potential penetration
• Organize, oversee and monitor progress of advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Maintain relationships with advertising agent, media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Support the Marketing Manager in delivering agreed activities
• Organize and attend marketing events
• Provide general marketing support to Marketing Manager
• Submit weekly and monthly reports related with marketing activities

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate, prefer relevant Marketing Diploma or Certificate
• Age between 25-35 years old, prefer female
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG field and can-do event activities, promotional material
• Able to communicate in English and Myanmar
• Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Internet & Email, Power Point)
• Good personality, team work and communication skill
• Strong leadership skill, high motivation skill
• Able to travel around the area of Myanmar for the business trip
• Creativity and commercial aware
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

Working Time:

8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday (alternate) & Sunday closed
