Taxation Manager

Position Summary

Lead a team providing budgetary and accountancy support to all directorates and ensure the effective operation of a number of corporate systems and activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely the financial report, financial analysis and financial statements
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the entire accounting team
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business plans including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analyses, modeling
• Implement and develop financial procedures including working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls
• Manage the internal control and implement finance policies
• Handle monthly and yearly tax declaration relate matters
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, on time submission of commercial tax, corporate income tax, and other taxes
• Additional tax responsibilities could include payroll, sales and property tax filings
• Reviewing and directing the work of staff tax accountants who keep financial records and prepare tax schedules, returns and related financial reports

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics or finance
• Have experience in managing bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable and general ledger reconciliation
• Have knowledge of develop, implement and maintain system, procedures, and policies 
• Strong knowledge of local and international banks policy, procedure and process
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information ensure the accrual financial statements
• Experiences of analyzing all aspects of cash flow and performing financial modeling
• Excellent skill of evaluating, developing and implementing a cash management system to optimize efficiencies
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
