Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Scan through various segments, known circles to get the right people for soliciting life insurance business
- Lead and operate recruiting events/initiatives for new agents under guidance by HoA
- Recruit and support registering new tied agents
- Perform training on various key functions such as sales, prospecting, product knowledge, etc...
- Support the agents in creating prospect list based on profile, age, income, and known circle
- Arrange regular training classes and train the agents on after sales services and customer onboarding process
- Introduce the agents to the servicing department for various service and process related activities
- Track the daily new calls, follow up calls, new prospects with the respective team
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate with decent pass percentage
- Previous working experience in sales, preferably financial related products
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and training skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and open to feedback
- Knowledge of MS Office
Working Time:
9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
