Bancassurance Regional Manager

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6-9 Life Insurance Consultants (LIC) to drive bancassurance business across assigned bank branches
- Build and maintain good relationship with the Bank's Regional Managers and Branch Managers to achieve regional sales target
- Recruit, lead and supervise the LICs
- Effectively manage the performance of the LICs to achieve team’s business and strategic targets
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in sales
- With at least 1 to 2 years in Sales Supervisor role at reputed organization
- Previous working experience in general insurance/banking/financial services/hospitality/FMCG/direct marketing/pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage teams and create positive working culture
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Working Time:
9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
