Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Director of Finance in setting up the proper internal control processes including AR, AP, inventory, and fixed asset management
• Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
• Lead the process for the financial technical error review and solving to enforce the application of SAP in daily procedures
• Liaise and work with external auditors (both local and international) to ensure the organization meets its donors’ audit guidelines, management & statutory audit and compliance obligations, including tax issues
• Prepare budgets and budgetary control towards business plans and donor grants
• Ensure that monthly sales revenue, product costs and other related costs are properly recorded and analyzing the result of financial performance
• Cooperate with other internal units to enforce the financial policies and procedures, as well as to smooth out the working processes
• Prepare the financial report requested by HQ, monthly management report, year-end statutory report and ensuring all of these reports are free from material error
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the finance department and ensure that all the transactions and works are completed on schedule
• Coach the finance team in terms of the technical and professional skills by providing strong leadership and guidance
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in B.Com or any other related field (CPA qualified or ACCA Affiliate/ ACCA Strategic Professional Candidate is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as management position in FMCG and/or INGOs sector
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP) and must have digital friendliness especially with all google services and Microsoft Office
• Experienced with inter-co company transactions are much preferable
• Inventory management experience - familiar with manufacturing, trading industry and the internal controls
• Strong knowledge in IFRS and GAPP is required
• Solution oriented and continuous learning mindset and creative thinking to improve the work processes are very much needed
• Good command of English in both writing and speaking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability is required
• Strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills
• Ability to manage, guide and lead the team and to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally if needed
• Ability to work outside working hour if required
• Positive attitude towards sexual and reproductive health and modern contraceptives methods (including condoms, oral pills, etc...)
