Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing the Loans Operations and Banking Operations departments. The primary purpose of this role is to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring seamless execution of the bank's services to support economic growth and sustainable development.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall goals and mission of the bank
  • Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes in Loans and Banking Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end loan operations, including origination, processing, disbursement, and monitoring
  • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the loan portfolio
  • Lead the Banking Operations department, overseeing daily activities, transaction processing, and customer service
  • Implement technologies and systems to enhance banking operations and customer experience
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks in both Loans and Banking Operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for both departments and regularly monitor performance against targets
  • Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to the executive team and board
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of banking systems
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing customer-centric strategies and ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery
  • Address customer concerns and feedback to continually improve service quality
  • Provide strong leadership to the Loans Operations and Banking Operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve their full potential

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in banking operations with a focus on loan operations and management
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, loan processing, and risk management
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven experience in driving process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking industry

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
