Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely delivery of monthly financial reporting and reports are in accordance with IAS,IFRS. i.e. Financial Reports and Cash Flow
• Developing and setting up finance procedures including receipt, payment system for finance department and the whole organization
• Managing the roll-out and review of the quarterly and annual budget and ongoing review and tracking of forecasts/budgets/actual and discussion with HOD for budget submission/variance
• Analytical review of monthly financial results (P&L, BS and CF), current and past trends of Key Financial and Operational KPIs (e.g. Ratio Analysis) and highlighting trends and causes of unexpected inconsistencies for discussion with BOD
• Monitoring and reviewing the Payroll/PIT/SSB calculation and process prepared by HR & Admin
• Support in strategic decision to BOD by analyzing the financial data and preparing the investment appraisal
• Leading the team to improve efficiency of finance, the finance department always has to be efficient, not just for the sake of streamlining business operations, but also meeting regulatory standards and building external goodwill
• Managing in inventory control by completing the physical examination process on a monthly basis
• Managing the freelance accountant in preparation of financial report for the company for AR/AGM and Form Cs
• Monitoring and checking the monthly Commercial Tax Provision, Quarterly CT Return and Yearly CT and Corporate Income Tax Return
• Assisting Chairman in TT transfer process for oversea suppliers
• Monitoring and scrutinizing the financial reports prepared by Chief Accountant for taxation purpose
• Ensuring that the behavior of the finance team is aligned with professional ethics
• Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by BOD

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting
• ACCA, CPA, or any relevant qualifications is a plus
• At least 9 years’ experience in related filed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Accounting Sofwares, ERP
• Proficiency in language skill for both burmese and english
• Experience in leading a team as Finance Manager
• Strong communication skills, perceived as a strong leader in the team
• Overseas experience or have experience in MNC for both education or work are strongly preferred

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
