Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception in the aspect of design, construction sequences and methods
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction teams and contractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and inventory tips and tricks
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the working progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Review and negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction method
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BE Civil, preferable PE certificated holder
- 20 years experiences in relevant job field industry
- Experience of deep excavation and high-rise building and construction industry
- Dynamic, results-oriented, critical thinking, energetic and enthusiastic, good presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Proficient in English
Working Time:
8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Monday ~ Saturday (half day)
