Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for maximizing the quality of sales, ensuring the clients' overall business operations are optimized, and providing value-added logistics services. This role involves hands-on leadership, motivation, and support for sales and customer services teams, ensuring the achievement of targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to enhance business revenue performance and identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed departmental targets for volume and revenue growth
  • Forecast, analyze, and design effective sales and marketing plan for logistics sectors, including railways, containers, warehousing, and transportation
  • Consult with customers to monitor and improve the quality of services provided
  • Develop action plans, both individually and for the team, to effectively search for sales leads and prospects
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with subordinates to enhance communication, identify training needs, and provide insights for improving team sales and activity performance
  • Create and deliver proposal presentations
  • Undertake any tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Customer Services, Logistics, or related business field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with a proven track record in Sales & Marketing and Customer Services
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to meet target and deadlines
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and a natural ability to drive sales
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English at a very good level
  • Competency in using necessary computer programs for sales and marketing functions
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of responsibility towards job accomplishment
  • Developing leadership, motivation, analytical problem-solving, and sales & marketing planning/organization skills
  • Ability to speak Thai would be an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
