Head of Logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations of the logistics department
• Ensure the achievement company's short term and long term goals by collaborating with warehouse division, delivery division, inventory control division, fitting & assembly division
• Ensure the process of individual division comply with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Job Descriptions (JD)
• Develop, implement, and maintain the business aim and compliance policy of the department
• Arrange and conduct training sessions to develop skills and best pratices for the logistics staffs
• Develop the inventory audit plan and manage the stock taking effectively
• Strategically plan the usage of spacing management of the department and manage the warehouse layout
• Ensure the smooth process of the cargo delivery with effective time management and cost saving
• Report to Head of Corporate Logistics on the monthly activities, upcoming process and suggestions

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Age between 30 to 45 years old
• Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CLP, or similar credentials are a plus
• 8 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles
• Leadership experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in logistics software, TMS, WMS, and related tools
• Time management and organizational skills for managing complex logistics projects
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge in logistics

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
