ICT Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and data security within organization's IT infrastructure. Plays a critical part in maintaining and optimizing the organization's technology systems, communication tools, and digital assets. Key responsibilities include developing data backup systems, establishing device management policies, providing support for digital assets (e.g., company website and digital ownership), and assisting with mobile app development and management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the computer software and hardware at day-to-day operation
  • Enforce compliance with IT policies and procedures throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure efficient and secure digital resource management
  • Collaborate with respective cross-functional teams to assess, negotiate contracts, and recommend hardware and software procurement for quality service and cost-effectiveness
  • Design, implement, and maintain data backup and recovery systems to safeguard critical organization’s data
  • Develop and update data backup policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices to get align with the practices of the organization’s operation
  • Monitor backup processes, conduct regular testing, and troubleshoot to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain and, if necessary, update the existing networking infrastructure for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure that the core shared data center is accessible to eligible stakeholders for each internal unit
  • Manage the procurement, setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, system platforms and devices
  • Manage asset tracking and maintain the updated list for all IT equipment
  • Work with third-party supplier for hardware repair and replacement if necessary
  • Manage all the email accounts and admin control by setting up the proper procedure of requesting new account, deletion and account data backup
  • Establish and enforce device, software and email management policies and practices
  • Act as a technical lead of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) mobile app new features and system design development by collaborating with Business Analyst and other respective internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with app developers and other respective stakeholders to ensure app functionality, data security, and performance
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting mobile apps on various platforms
  • Implement security measures to protect digital assets, data, and systems from potential threats
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and develop and enforce data security policies and procedures
  • Provide technical support for digital assets, including the company website, domain names, and digital content ownership
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage digital rights, licenses, and permissions for company digital assets, and to enhance the performance, security, and functionality of the company website
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
  • Generate regular reports on the status of data backups, device management, digital asset support, and SAP mobile app configurations

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco or Microsoft certifications
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience as similar role and/or have an proficiency in data backup and recovery system, network management, cybersecurity practices and infrastructure optimization
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and website performance optimization
  • Solution oriented and continuous learning mindset and creative thinking to improve the work processes are very much needed
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks and work independently and with other departments
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to data security and compliance
  • A Commitment to promoting and maintaining a culture of IT best practices within the organization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are asset

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
