Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Creating, communicating and implementing the company’s vision and mission together with Board of Directors
- Leading the development and implementation of the company’s short-term plan and long-term strategies
- Setting strategic objectives/goals of the organization and ensuring the achievement of them
- Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
- Work closely with the CFO and Finance Manager to prepare annual budgets, analyze the financial performance, ensure full financial management practices in place
- Complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors on the matters such as financial performance of the company and risk and return of potential new investment
- Work closely with Human Resources regarding hiring practices, turnover, payroll and benefit disbursement
- Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division or functional department managers
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Holder of B.E (EC) or (EP) or (MP) with MBA is preferable (or) B. Com, ACCA Part II (Completed) or CPA (with MBA is an advantage)
- At least (3) years’ experience in Telecom Industry, especially in Telecommunication Tower business
- Age above 45 years old
- At least (3) years’ experience as CEO
