Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the bank's long-term growth and profitability goals
• Oversee all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage the treasury function, optimizing cash flow, liquidity, and investments
• Lead financial risk management efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and investors
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in senior finance roles within the banking industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading financial teams and driving strategic financial initiatives
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High ethical standards and integrity

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday
