Admin Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and support the day to day operations timely of the administration department, fleet department and other functions
• Coordinate administrative and fleet procedures and process with other related departments
• Develop, review and monitor systems, policies and procedures of administrative and fleet department
• Prepare and review monthly budget plan for administrative and fleet department
• Plan the vehicle inspection and maintenance schedule (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Plan the vehicle insurance and license renewal plan
• Review and monitor monthly fuel usage, vehicle maintenance and office maintenance condition
• Assess and review team members to achive personal KPI
• Assign job and delegate of administration and fleet department
• Report to the management for daily, weekly and monthly department condition
• Other ads-hoc jobs assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor's Degree (preferable in Business Administration, Management or related field) 
• At least 7 years' experience in management field
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point
• In-depth understanding of office management and vehicle maintenance
• Able to negotiate and think laterally with an ability to coordinate and network effectively

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays closed
