Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Record and report the performance that help provide suitable recommendations 
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding the nature of jobs (Rail, Dry Ports, Warehousing) and customer needs
  • Monitor and coordinate both Warehouse and Dry Port / Fleet team for job process in action
  • Report daily or weekly to the Customer Services Manager
  • Coordinate phone calls and queries from both internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Respond to day-to-day customer inquiries from Sales and Marketing
  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to resolve challenges via phone and email
  • Collaborate with finance and accounts to monitor AR invoices, follow up on payments, and support monthly accrued reporting to the Head of Department
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Over 3 years of experience in a Customer Service-related role
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English at a very good level
  • Knowledge of transport, warehousing, export, and import processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Energetic, well-organized, and self-initiated
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
