Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business operations by contributes to the achievement of group objectives and seeks to strengthen its brand image
  • Ensure the commercial development through the diversification of business lines and customer, with a view to develop and recover the turnover and profitability of his/her profit center
  • Define the operational structure, ensures the management of the teams and ensures the right level of skills
  • Initiate contact with new business leads to sell a range of products and services
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to sales close
  • Ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes
  • Ensure products purchased are delivered in a timely way
  • Manage ongoing relationships with commercial partners once recruited and provide good customer service
  • Represent the planning portal at major exhibitions in order to sell services to exhibiting companies
  • Recommend changes in tactics, approach or new products based on market data, skills and experience
  • Liaise with the delegate concerned (competition, price, customer credit information)
  • Engage the company’s board of directors to present and discuss the innovation goals and pipeline
  • Maintain relationships with key vendor partners, maintains regular contact, solves complex issues, and plans for the challenges involved in the operations
  • Collaborate with the department heads and operations as an advisor of all technologies develop and meet organizational goals
  • Report to the Group MD and DMD with timely and accurate report
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely and professional manner

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in medical, engineering (industrial management, operation management) or related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in a senior management role or similar position
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sector, products and services
  • Solid communication skills and can work with all members of the organization and all levels of management
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment and respond under ambiguous situations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and is highly logical and numerate
  • A continuous improvement mind-set and experience in process improvement will be an added advantage
  • Structured, organized, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong in integration of new assets and technology, start up to launch product organizations
  • Ability to attract, retain, and develop a strong product development team
  • Strong leadership skills, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management techniques, tools, methodologies and best practices
