Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Representative and build relations with Government Ministries for company business purposes
  • Handle Government Approval for sites under Government Land
  • Manage in Branding activities of company and Industry relationship
  • Handle getting build permits for the government sites and negotiate with government officials as needed
  • Representation in coordination meetings and some external governmental relationships
  • Requires the ability to analyse and communicate complex information to a wide audience
  • Report and be accountable to the Senior Manager of GR, CSR
  • Organized government site information provided by SAQ Team and prepares necessary documents, and build a pack to submit to the ministry for build permission
  • Follow up on the submitted government sites at the ministry, PTD and concerning TGAO offices
  • Negotiating with government officials for site permitting according to the circumstances
  • Coordinating the government lease contract and contract registration process
  • Website content updating on a monthly and timely basis
  • Ensure all pre-determined processes and best practices are followed at all times
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Qualified to degree level or its equivalent
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry and skilled in most creative computer software usage
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress
  • Working knowledge of government relation procedures and rules and regulations
  • Good knowledge of inter-personal skills and relationship management
  • Well communication with external clients and customers.
  • Ability to take on the spot good decisions
  • Data Analysis and making the recommendation based on the data
  • Generate ideas and make recommendations for developing good clientele base
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create effective, good working relationships and negotiation with government officials

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
